Deposits: km 88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as over-the-counter payment centers. Deposits are credited to your km 88 Balance upon confirmation of the transaction. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. km 88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account for cause, km 88 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure by the Player — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your km 88 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.
